Logistic coordinator: a person who will be encharged of manage your pre and post surgery procesos (recepetion, appointments, monitoring, checkout, tourist tours, complementary services).
Custumer service coordinator: a person encharged of accompaniment and help to your needs during your stay.
Health and wellness coordinator: A person encharged of your pre and post surgery following. (postsurgical garments delivery) .

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The payment will be made upon arrival after being properly receive by your personal advisor. Our advisors team will inform you about our available payment methods and you also should inform them about your preferred payment method before leaving your country.

Our company cares about the safety of each patient and Our goal is to offer you a great experience, so you must send us your laboratory results at least one month before your departure date, you have to do that in your country.

– Debit or credit card (visa, mastercard and american express) extra 5% will be charged due to Colombia tax.

– Bank transfer (Bank of America) Extra 5% will be charge due to Colombia tax.

– Cash payment

You must send the results to our consultant in order to check with our medical team your health status. You will also have to take new exams in Colombia.
Your friends and/or family members of the family are always welcome to come. The companions charges will be USD $100 /EUR €100 per night including lodging and meal plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
